Project Process
After a rough 2020, the restaurant owner was excited to build a website which would allow customers to order their food online for dine-in or curbside pick-up. She featured several other restaurant websites which allowed customers to order online, explaining what she liked and didn’t like about their systems. Erica then researched range free’s POS system and possible integration options to see what could be possible. Fortunately, there was a known WordPress plugin that would make this integration virtually seamless!
After syncing the two systems together, Erica focused on building the custom cake order form. This was a much anticipated function of the website in order to streamline order requests so they weren’t coming from all over the place (e.g. social media, phone calls, text messages or emails.) The online form would provide one central repository for all orders.
Finally, Erica created a video walkthrough of the new website so anyone who planned on maintaining the website going forward could know how to make changes.
And... The Result!
range free’s new website was launched in Summer 2021 to an audience who was eager to order their favorite allergy-friendly foods.
