The first step in digital reporting is setting up the dashboard, which requires us having access to every platform we may want to report on.
We start each month inside the dashboard, looking at a high-level overview while also taking into consideration local influences (e.g. the end of the school year/start of summer) as well as national influences (e.g. election day). Then, we drill-down into the highs and lows to determine what the next best steps would be in order to drive new visitors.
